Indian Students Can Now Apply Online for a Visa to Study in Poland

Indian students headed to Poland now need to register online for their student visas. Since July 2, 2024, all Indian applicants wishing to study in Poland must register their national study visa applications through the e-consult system.

Visa Application Process

  • The Embassy of Poland in India announced that for applicants registering through the Embassy in New Delhi, appointment times for the application process will be allocated based on the order of registration.
  • The Embassy of Poland in New Delhi accepts visa applications from citizens or residents of the following States and countries:
    • Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Delhi (NCR), Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu-Kashmir, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Odisha, Punjab, Rajasthan, Sikkim, Tripura, Uttaranchal, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal
    • Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives, Nepal, Sri Lanka
